The concept was to use an older reference of skeleton illustrations that represented each of the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony members from album art of their single, The First of the Month. Since the album was titled, Lyrical Paraphernalia, the skeleton is smoking a cigar with music notes within the smoke. The Bone Thugs-N-Harmony bandana is an attribute of Krayzie Bone's appearance: he is seen wearing a similar bandana in a couple of music videos and concert footage.

The remainder of the album art was designed by Cody Hillyer, whom contacted me personally for this commission. It's an honor to be able to be a part of such a great production.
